Refund policy
We hope that you love all of your purchases from Abide. However, we understand that sometimes items don't quite fit the way we want them to and you may need to return the item(s). If you are not happy with your item(s), you can return them for store credit or exchange them for a different size within 5 days of receiving your item(s).
- Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE.
- All jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE.
- Items are returned for store credit. No refund will be issued.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer both ways.
We offer exchanges!
Exchanges made easy. If you select that your item is too big or too small we will ask if you would like to get a different size. *Exchanges are not processed until we receive the returned item. We cannot guarantee that the request will be available.*
- If your item is damaged, email us at shopabide.co@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- All jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE. Anything purchased on sale is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. If we receive a FINAL SALE return it will be donated.
When mailing a return:
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return.
- Please provide a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package, and submit the tracking # via email (shopeabide.co@gmail.com) once it’s been shipped.
- You will be emailed when we process your return!
STORE CREDIT CODE:
- The amount for returned items that meet all of the qualifications above will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card that will be sent to your email. Credit will only be applied for the amount paid for the product, not for any shipping and handling charges. We do not refund any shipping charges. The store credit code issued will be used at checkout and is considered a "discount code" so the item(s) purchased using the code will be final sale. No returns/exchanges will be accepted on existing return/exchange codes (you cannot return/exchange an item that was purchased using a previous return/exchange code).
- You cannot combine your store credit code on top of other sales/discount codes.
